These terms govern the use of the hinapsys.com website and the communication channels of HINAPSYS E.A.S. ("HINAPSYS"), including WhatsApp. By using them, you accept these terms. The Spanish version is the governing one.

1. Who we are

HINAPSYS E.A.S., tax ID (RUC) 80118461-4, located at Cptan. Figari No. 999, Bernardino Caballero neighborhood, Fernando de la Mora, Central Department, Paraguay. Contact: info@hinapsys.com.

2. Use of the website

The content of the website is for information only. Product and service descriptions are not a binding offer: the conditions, prices and timelines of each service are set in the corresponding quote or contract.

3. Contracted services

Software, support and implementation services are governed by the contract or proposal accepted in each case. If those documents and these terms differ, the contract prevails.

4. Support channels and WhatsApp

  • We use WhatsApp and other channels to answer inquiries, provide support and send notifications.
  • We respond during Paraguayan business hours and do not guarantee an immediate reply.
  • Some replies may be assisted by automated or artificial intelligence systems and reviewed by our team.
  • Do not send passwords or full card details through these channels.
  • We may block anyone who uses our channels to send spam or unlawful or offensive content, or to attempt to breach our systems.
  • Use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's terms.

5. Intellectual property

The HINAPSYS brand, logos, texts, designs and published software belong to HINAPSYS or its licensors. They may not be copied or used without written authorization.

6. Liability

We strive to keep the website and channels available and the information accurate, but we do not guarantee they will work without interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, HINAPSYS is not liable for damages arising from the use of the information on the website. Liability for contracted services is as set out in each contract.

8. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its update date.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Paraguay.
